Salad Makings from the Salad Bar

These are plants growing in Richard Webb's Salad Bar. They look to be recycled water bottle planters. In any case he used sub-irrigation just like these recycled pop bottle planters.

Note the robust basil root growth and healthy leaves in the lower photo.
