White Grow Boxes

I went on a tour of the Brooklyn Navy Yard (now an industrial park) yesterday. It was part of the Open House New York weekend. A furniture maker was using these off-white tote boxes for storage. I like the clean lines and off-white color. They would make good looking sub-irrigated grow boxes. 

These 20 gallon tote boxes are available at The Container Store. They cost more than the widely used Rubbermaid totes but to my eye these are more attractive. 

Note that most of the designs using the Rubbermaid totes use two boxes. Use the Rooftop Gardens Project design and you only need one. It's also a lot simpler to make with no need for power tools.
